Well we did have a great time even though we had a lot of rain! Day one was a wash but that was for setup and getting tents setup Saturday was half and half and they actually flew the full size birds in the rain! Wow! Was the overcast and ceiling low! Sunday we finall got some sun!

its a fun little tidbit that all the full-size aircraft photos were taken with my LG cell phone from Verizon with its built-in 3mp camera! nice no?

Gerry, Thanks for joining us, we had a great turn-out and are looking forward to RJ 2010! Whitney MHRCS
Gerry, Despite the weather I think the Jamboree was a success! I had at least 8 flights on the Nieport and had a chance at the sticks of a few other models. How did the video turn out with the camera on Sal's Fokker? Speaking of Sal do you know when he will paint his DVII? Ron

Thanks guys! The Rhinebeck Jamboree is always a must attend and we'll be sure to be there again in 2010! Hey Ron, unfortunately, the camera I got from the other editors was set to auto turn off after only 2 minutes. So I have some great footage of Sal's impressive Fokker sitting on the flightline and taxiing to the runway then the vidseo ends! Will try this again at my big Biplane Bash on September 26th!
