Great Planes® Sport Scale Mustang

Dec 27, 2010 No Comments by

While true-scale warbirds might require a fine touch, the Great Planes® Sport Scale Mustang just wants to get out and fly — and it flies just as well with a .46 glow engine as it does with a brushless outrunner motor!

ü  Straightforward assembly that doesn’t require a lot of time or money

ü  Two-piece balsa-sheeted, foam-core, wing is very lightweight and durable and makes transportation a breeze

ü  There’s plenty of warbird realism, from the semi-scale trim scheme created with Top Flite MonoKote to the detailed cockpit with instrument panel, headrest and installed pilot figure

ü  Mounting hardware is included for installing either power option

ü  Horizontal and vertical stabilizers are factory-hinged and bolt to the fuselage, aligning automatically; you’re ready for the first dogfight in a matter of hours
