Airplane building is airplane building regardless of size.
There’s a saying that the difference between men’s and children’s toys is just the price tag. Certainly this is true when it comes to RC and full-size airplanes. But the passion and dedication is the same when you compare scale RC builders and EAA Experimental Aircraft Builders! Here’s a great video of the construction process of a full-size man-carrying Nieuport 28 built from Airdrome aeroplanes. Check out that amazing Rotax radial engine at the end of the video! Now that’s something to be proud of!

Wow! This was a great video of the build. I have always dreamed of doing something like this, but the video makes it look too easy by compressing 22 months (which is a fast build time) into 9 minutes.
I guess I will just have to build my dream giant scale someday instead.
