Hangar 9 P-47D Thunderbolt 30cc flight video

Here it is the Hangar 9 P-47D Thunderbolt 30cc ARF flight and interview video.  This plane offers a lot of scale detail and assembles very fast. This build included the optional air retracts (including tailwheel) from Robart, the optional cockpit kit from Hangar 9 and the Evolution 40GX gas engine.  The key parts of the assembly that will require extra time are the mounting of the engine along with the cutting of the cowl, and installation of the retracts.  Look for the complete review in the May issue of Model Airplane News.  Enjoy the video and the photos

John, nice job putting together my favorite warbird. Looks great in the air and seems to fly like a champ. I’ve been waiting for just the right kit of the Jug and I think the wait is over. One off topic question if I may, can you please tell me the make and model of the microphone you used in the “interview”. Sounds great. Thank you in advance for your response. YouTube/rgthd007
