How to run a great event

We asked different people at the IMAC Scale Aerobatics & Freestyle Challenge what makes this contest such a great event to attend.  In only its third year it has become one of the largest attended IMAC competitions in the country.  This event is held at the Prado airfield in Chino, CA every year in May and the Pomona Valley Model Airplane Club (PVMAC) always does an outstanding job. The contestants in the video agree and give this event some very high marks.

West Coast senior editor About me: I’ve been involved with RC aircraft since high school and have flown just about everything. I started my RC career with scratch-building, but now like many pilots I rely on ARFs to get me in the air. My main focus is on pylon racing, aerobats, combat and scale warbirds.
