Flyzone DHC-2 Beaver, first look

We got a chance to checkout and fly the Flyzone DHC-2 Beaver, our own Jason Benson put this plane through it paces and we found it performs especially well. Remove a few bolts and you can install a pair of good quality floats for some off-the-water fun. Watch the video to see what our contributor has to say about this one.

About the author

West Coast senior editor About me: I’ve been involved with RC aircraft since high school and have flown just about everything. I started my RC career with scratch-building, but now like many pilots I rely on ARFs to get me in the air. My main focus is on pylon racing, aerobats, combat and scale warbirds.

Nice ARF, but I have to say the image of a Beaver flying against a background of palm trees is just plain wrong! (wink wink).
