California Vacation from an Aerial View

Apr 15, 2014 1 Comment by

More and more, RC enthusiasts are posting great aerial videos taken with helicopters and quadcopters. Here’s an awesome video posted by

“Carlocivicsi” who shot it with his DJI phantom 1 which uses a dual battery setup for 12 to 13 min flight times. For fpv he uses an Immersion RC Uno Reeiver with the 13dbi Immersion Spironet antenna. The video transmitter is an Immersion RC 600mw Spironet vtx antenna. He runs live video through his Zenmuse H3-2D gimbal.

Thanks for share your awesome footage with us Carlocivicsi.

Nice video shots. However, too bad they fly over people. Seems like most FPV guys seem to forget about safety. Someone aught to tell them about the AMA rules before someone get hurt.
