Futaba T10J Radio

The T10J radio is the latest from Futaba and features a full 10 channels with 30 model memory, and is fully programmable and updateable by the user. Real time telemetry data for transmitter and onboard voltage, temperature, RPM and GPS location can be viewed on the backlit LCD screen, and audibly reported through headphones when using a Futaba T-FHSS receiver. Three buttons and a jog dial make this radio exceptionally easy to program, and the many built-in control functions can be assigned to a multitude of sticks, switches and knobs. For some reason I have always been hard (take that to mean bent or broken) on radio antennas, so I especially like the way they built the antenna completely inside the radio. Two unique features of the 10J is it’s the first radio to have multi-rotor helicopter programming, and possibly its most advanced feature is the ability to communicate with another 10J (or 8J) radio without wires. As long as the two radios are within 2 meters, or about 6 feet, data can be transferred from one radio to the other. Additional features of the Futaba T10J are much too long to be presented here, but you can find them at www.towerhobbies.com
