Our friend across the pond Tbobborap1 captured more great footage at this year’s British Model Flying Association Nats, including this great Navy F9F Cougar. Built from an Airworld kit, this 85-inch turbine jet looks and flies great. We don’t know his last name, but builder/pilot Steve gets two thumbs up from us. Nicely done!
Rudolf Winter heavily modified a Fly Eagle kit to create this beautiful swing-wing F-14 Tomcat. Rudolf notes that he spent approximately 400 hours building the plane, and it shows! Check out this gorgeous, 20-foot-span Avro Vulcan XH558! Built by Dave Johnson, the 1/7-scale model is powered by four (!) 160 turbines.
