Eagle Tree’s new Guardian 2D/3D Stabilizer

Eagle Tree’s new Guardian 2D/3D Stabilizer

This is Eagle Tree’s new Guardian 2D/3D Stabilizer in my SU-26 airplane. You can see how small it is compared to a quarter, so it will fit just about anywhere in your model – no matter how small the plane. It should be mounted in a level orientation (it can even be mounted upside down), then connect it to your servos and receiver with the included cable, tune it to your plane with a small screwdriver, and set optional features with your radio sticks. No computer or additional equipment is required for stabilization.

Whether you fly gas or electric models, wings, foamies, sailplanes, or just about any other fixed wing model, the Guardian helps compensate for non-ideal flying conditions, helping your plane fly like it’s a perfectly calm day. Also, while in flight, a spare switch on your radio lets you switch between 2D (wing leveling) mode, 3D aerobatic mode, or no stabilization at all. With its help you can perform a difficult 3D maneuver with ease, and then just flipp a switch to return to level flight.

At only $74.99 the Guardian provides some great protection for your investment, while making it more fun to fly and easier to perform advanced maneuvers!

  1. Eagle tree is a good unit, but ya gotta try the Feytech FY-30A. It uses accelerometer technology and is an amazing unit. The switch ‘modes’ are slightly different also, where the FY-30 has a mode for FPV and “Auto-recover” aside from full stabilization and off.
