New Ground-Pounder! — FMS Hawker Typhoon

New Ground-Pounder! — FMS Hawker Typhoon

I just had a chance to put FMS’s new Hawker Typhoon through its paces and I have to tell you, this is one heck of WW2 warbird. Distributed by Force RC, the Typhoon is a 1100mm series plug-n-play, receiver ready aircraft. It has a wingspan of 43.3 inches, and it comes with everything you need to get in the air with the exception of the transmitter, receiver and a 3S 11.1V 2200mAh flight pack. The Typhoon takes about 10 minutes to go from box to flying field and it features electric retracts and split flaps.

It has plenty of power with its installed brushless motor and all the servos comes factory installed.

Whether you are flying from a smooth runway or from a grass field, the Typhoon will get in the air quickly. The flaps are very effective and help slow the landing approach to shorten you landing.
