New High-Voltage Servo from Spektrum

New High-Voltage Servo from Spektrum

Many flyer like using Li-po or LiFe battery in their aircraft because they are light weight and have a much higher capacity then NiCad and NiMh batteries. Spektrum has responded to this need with a new line of High voltage servos. Two of the newest are the A6110 High-Voltage Standard Servo and the 7030 HV Thin Wing Servo.

A6110 High-Voltage Standard Servo’s digital precision and low deadband sensitivity has a .14 transit time, making this a good servo for any 40−60−size sport aircraft. Ball bearing support helps assure that accuracy continues throughout the long life of the servo. Its ability to accept the higher voltage from a 2S Li-Po battery makes setup simpler and operation more efficient.

The A7030’s metal gear train, and great speed along with a 49 oz-in of torque is ideal for any aircraft requiring a thin-wing servo like that on a sailplane where only a 10mm depth of space is typical. The ability of the A7030 to accept a higher voltage from a 2S Li-Po battery also makes setup simpler.
