Bob Smith Industries’s IC-Loc thread lockers are now available in hobby shops nationwide. They come in 10 ml (1/3 oz) bottles with a retail price of $5.99. BSI-171 IC-Loc Blue is applied to threads before assembly and has a medium strength that allows parts to be disassembled. BSI-173 IC-Loc Red is also applied before assembly and is high strength and permanent. The BSI-175 IC-Loc Green is high strength and thin, great for wicking into the threads of assembled bolts and nuts.
