If you missed RCX last weekend, you missed out on some of the most exciting RC Fun that can be experienced! And, you missed the opportunity to say hi and chat with the MAN Team, Debra Cleghorn, Sr. West Coast editor John Reid (Left) and Sr. Tech. editor Gerry Yarrish. With two exciting flight zones — one indoor for smaller 3D planes, quadcopters and electric helis, and a much larger outdoor flight zone for some really exciting high performance aerobatic helicopter and professional grade rotordrone flight demos, the in air excitement was non-stop.
We even had the crew from Rutan RC demo their new combo package, the White Knight mothership and EDF powered Spaceship One! What a great weekend to experience it all.
There were plenty of upper end multi-rotor craft to watch as they hovered over the crowds and video taped the action below.
And for the scale at heart, there was the annual “Battle of the Builders” competition with some of the greatest scale planes you’ve ever seen.
Be sure to mark that RC calendar for RCX 2016! It is the greatest RC show on earth!
