No doubt about it, running a regional giant scale event like the WOD takes a lot of work. Contest directors do a lot to make their events stand out and Dave and Pete Malcione have been doing just that for many years. At this years’ event, (the 21st!) credit was given to these two tireless event promoters in the form of a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the Delaware R/C Club and the IMAA Distinguished Service Award from the local District 4 representitives. Congratulations to Pete and Dave for a job well done!
Guess they’re stuck having to run the WOD event for another 21 years! :^)
