I love watching what the Germans are doing in RC, I think that if the proper safety is maintained, the size of the model does not matter and the bigger they are, the better the flight and details can be. Bigger is better as far as flying and stability goes, but you are talking about elite modeling as these can run into the thousands of dollars to build and maintain. Always a thrill to see an awesome huge model take to the air!

  3. I am a full scale pilot as well as a R/C pilot and when I see things like this being promoted it is no wonder the FAA has concern. I have been a member of AMA since 1965 and have always felt that we as a hobby should not envolve our selves with full scale anymore than possible. I have worked my entire adult life as a professional pilot and know what some people in the full scale world going to think about a model that weighs 210 lbs. and has 4 turbine engines, not safe!
