Teaming up a great scale builder with a great pilot is a sure recipe for success at an event like Top Gun. Get the inside scoop on how aerobatic champ John Glezellis turned “scale” to fly Mark Frankel’s T-34 Beechcraft to place in Team this year. We also have an interview with Mike Gross, who had the top static score in Expert and much more. Stay tuned, we’ll be uploading more videos as we edit them!

I was a Mechanic (AMS) on the “A6b” 40 years ago with VA85 , brings back good memories .. I hope Mike will make a Kit .. He has one fine looking Bird ….
It is awesome to see the A-6E Intruder! I was in the Navy and worked with the EA-6B. Maybe that could be his NEXT project??!!
While there are many phenomenal planes at TopGun each year, the A6 by Mike Selby (being scratch built of nearly all composite materials) is especially interesting.
It would be great to see a video of the development of Mike’s A6… the short description of the airframe construction given here is a teaser. The methods and materials used by Mike sound really fascinating, to say the least. The build of this great looking airplane could be an entire DVD in itself.
