A peek under the hood shows a very compact well designed layout. The motor outriggers are metal tubes with the wiring inside for added protection.
This is a plug and fly Quad so you install your own receiver and connect it to the included NAZA flight controller.
Using the downloaded Assistant Program and it’s easy to us Dashboard, you program and calibrate the quadcopter’s control system and your transmitter.
I’m building a Reptile R500 with a NAZA-M lite navigation unit but GPS didn’t come with the NAZA-M when I ordered it. Do you feel it advisable to have the NAZA GPS unit on board? Your unit looks extremely reliable in flight just wish it was a video
HI Gerry, do you still print the book “R/C Pilot’s Handbook”? I am creating a college course on flying UAS vehicles and will be training new R/C pilots. Any assistance on helping new students get into this field will be helpful.
