The New 25–46 Size 100-Degree Rotating Electric Retracts from E-flite
With so many great WW2 warbird ARFs on the market today, a great way to add realism is to upgrade their gear to retracts. Aircraft like the P-40 Warhawk and the F4U Corsair and Grumman Hellcat, had retracts that not only folded back into the wings but also rotated the struts and wheel 90 degrees to fit flat within the shallow wing structure. Well, E-Flite now has a great set for drop-in installations. And, their electric!
These completely self-contained retracts require no air tank, complex linkages or extra servo. To operate, they simply can be bolted into place and plugged directly into your receiver. A specially designed Y-harness is included that allows for the use of a single receiver channel to control all retract units. Features include:
