In this very detailed video, we assemble and set-up a 48" Edge 540T v2 airframe. This video is intended for beginners to Balsa ARF aircraft and 3D aerobatics and is applicable to all of our 48" EXP aircraft.

Jase Dussia wringing out the soon to be released Extreme Flight 48" EDGE 540T EXP v2. The v2 Edge is light and floaty yet still capable of flying fast and aggressive. It features a quick release wing mount for fast assembly at the flying field. This one is powered by the venerable Torque 2814/820 and Airboss 45 Amp ESC on 4S batteries turning a 12x6 prop. Perfect for school yard/park/backyard aerobatic fun!

This video details the assembly and basic setup of Extreme Flight 60"/6s class aerobatic airplanes. Intended for inexperienced builders/pilots, it covers every step in detail.

This video is two flights filmed at the Cajun Huckfest 2020 3D Event. In the first, Jase Dussia flies the upcoming Extreme Flight 64" MXS v2. In the second (filmed at night) he flies his own design JTAInnovations.com 33" MXS foamie. Note that during the second flight, copyrighted music was playing on the event PA, so we were unable to use the soundtrack and substituted a placeholder music track.

This title is the first in a series of video assembly manuals that allow us to delve deeper into the assembly process and provide more details and useful information for our valued customers over the traditional printed paper manual. It is our hope that the video format will provide a more effective means for the end user to realize the full potential of their model. We’ve included a table of contents that will allow the assembler to quickly locate specific assembly steps as needed.
