Glacier Girl is flying across the Atlantic to complete its original mission from July 1942. In Operation Bolero II, Glacier Girl, flown by Steve Hinton, along with the Fighter Collections latest addition, a TF-51D Mustang flown by Ed Shipley, and a chase/photo plane, will fly the same route that Glacier Girl was supposed to take before its flight was forced down in Greenland.
