The first in several iterations of the Microaces Aero Bristol F2b kit.
The maiden flight of this prototype was a success in the fact that it highlighted a few issues with wing warp. 2 main issues were obvious. Firstly the rigging wire used had too much stretch and also reacted to the high humidity of the evening by slackening off (it had been raining for 2-3 hours). Also part of the original rigging was omitted from this prototype as it was thought to be decorative only. In fact it would have prevented lateral wing twist that is obvious in some of the video and caused a distinct right wheel.
But all is easily resolvable and the good news is it flies!
