Raptor 90 G4 Setup Innovation

Initial helicopter setup, for aerobatics and 3D flying, centers around having the servo arms and bellcranks square while the swashplate is level and the blades at zero pitch. Several after market tools have been around for some time to make this process both a little easier and more accurate. However, until now, we have never seen a helicopter with aids to make this setup both quick and easy. Enter the Raptor 90 G4.

As you can see in the photo, I am using two 2mm drivers for the setup process. Holes in the both side frames, as well as the control bellcranks, are lined up using the drivers. Using the factory adjusted pushrods places the swashplate in a level position and at zero pitch. Now all that is needed to complete the mechanical setup is to adjust the two piece all metal servo arms on the servo. Is that quick, easy and accurate or what????
