Most modern 4-stroke engines are well-designed machines that can run for quite some time. But eventually, there is a need to clean or disassemble the engine. One reason for this could be the number of hours on the engine and it is in need of a good cleaning. Or the worst scenario has happened: You had such a great day of flying that, when it was time to leave, you decided to take just one more flight. Bad move.
