Beside looking amazing on the ground, the Albatros DV 25e features surprizing docile flying characteristics. This WW1 classic features an amazing list of scale details including: fully-functional shock absorbing landing gear, unique painted aluminum spinner, molded dummy engine and machine gun details, printed lozenge-patterned Ultracote undernieth the flying surfaces, a fully-sheeted fuselage, pre-formed “V” interplane struts, varnished wood tailskid and scale wheels. There’s even an optional scale cockpit kit available.
The Albatros is designed around the Power 25, 870Kv brushless outrunner motor, E-flite 4S 14.8V 3200mAh 30C LiPo battery and E-flite 40Amp Pro ESC. There is also an optional Power 32 motor and 60 Amp ESC package for increased performance.
