Perfect Z-bends: You can make a perfect Z-bend with this easy-to-make took. Cut a 1/16-inch (or the appropriate) slot in the head of a lineman’s pliers. The easiest way to do this is to use a Dremel tool and the cutting disk. Then just bend an “L” bend using the pliers at the end of the pushrod. Now insert that pre “L” bended wire into the slot and bend in your Z-bend.

It would be a lot more useful if you would cut the slot on an angle and deeper… You could then make any size zee bend that you wanted.
i use the same type of thing but i like yours better i have a hole drilled not a cut
the cut would be a lot easier to get wire out
great job good to learn of each other
The hole leaves the pliers stronger than the slot.
Doesn’t have to be lineman’s pliers can be standard cheap pliers.
