Sponsored by ElectriFly, this July 29-31 event held in Minnesota was a huge success, with 135 registered pilots! Already the largest electric event in the Midwest, the Watts event provided a great place for electric modelers to come together to fly, make friends and renew old acquaintances. Located just 45 miles south of Minneapolis, it was a short drive for the locals but pilots came from Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois Wisconsin, Minnesota and Canada to be a part of this event. Make plans for next year July 27-29!

The steaks were great! One correction on the name is WATTS over Owatonna. Thanks for the support and the report on the event! Looking forward to another great event next year!
Thanks for the feedback — already corrected! Sounds like this one is definitely one to mark on your 2012 calendar.
