TRAC “Wattfest” & SEFI

Sep 30, 2011 No Comments by

This Sunday in the Tampa Bay area in Florida is the 2011 Wattfest which is going to be held at TRAC (Tampa Radio-control Aircraft Club). All electric planes are welcome to this event. I’ll be there and I’ll hopefully grab some video and write a post-event review. This should be a fun time. For more info visit http://www.wattfest.com/

Also, next weekend (Oct. 8-9) my home field (Manatee County Radio Controllers) will be hosting our second annual Suncoast Electric Fly-In (SEFI). Last year was our inaugural event and the turn out was awesome! About 50 pilots registered for our two day event and everyone enjoyed some fun under the Florida sun. If all goes well, I should be able to grab some pictures and video and write a post-event review for this as well. For more info visit http://www.rcwebclub.com/ and click on RC Club Events.
