Joe Ambrose, the CEO of Horizon Hobby and a special friend to Air Age Media, passed away on January 4th. We and many others will miss him deeply.
Joe joined Horizon Hobby in 2005 and through his leadership and vision, was able to guide the company and its team to new heights of success, culminating with the acquisition of Hobbico last year. We at Air Age were fortunate to have spent time with Joe at his offices, industry shows like the US Air Meet, RC events and RCX.
We considered Joe a trusted partner and dear friend, and we send our deepest condolences to his family and staff at Horizon Hobby.
